Wings To Pick Second Overall In Saturday's NLL Entry Draft

The Philadelphia Wings own seven picks, including the second pick overall, in this Saturday's NLL Entry Draft. The six-round draft will take place at Pepsi Center in Denver, CO on Saturday, September 1 at 4 p.m. (EDT). NLL clubs will chose from the best young lacrosse talent from college and Canadian junior lacrosse programs.

As part of the draft weekend, the NLL will also host its first ever combine game on Friday, September 6 at Pepsi Center. Three local college players have been selected to participate. The University of Delaware's Adam Zuder-Havens will play for the Maroon Team, Drexel University product Adam Crystal will play for the white team along with Jordan Hall (Delaware), who is expected to be one of the top picks in this year's draft.

A live webcast of the 2007 NLL Entry Draft will be available on the League's official website, www.nll.com. The webcast will be free of charge and powered by B2 Networks. B2 Networks enters its third consecutive season of providing live webcasts of all National Lacrosse League regular season and playoff games. Fans will see the new faces of the NLL as drafted players are welcomed by their new teams. The webcast will include interviews with the newly drafted players as well as team executives. The webcast can be viewed on any computed with a high-speed Internet connection and Windows Media Player 9 or higher.
