Wingnuts Begin Playoffs Wednesday, Tickets on Sale Now

WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Wingnuts open the 2012 American Association Division Series Wednesday night against the Laredo Lemurs.
The Lemurs host Games One and Two of the best-of-five series at Uni-Trade Stadium on Wednesday and Thursday. The Wingnuts host Game Three, as well as the "if necessary" Games Four and Five, at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium Friday through Sunday.
A fireworks spectacular will take place following Game Three in Wichita on Friday night.
Wichita earned its third playoff berth in four years by clinching the Central Division on August 27th versus El Paso. The Lemurs have reached the postseason in their expansion year after winning the South Division on Sunday afternoon at Gary SouthShore.
Playoff tickets for the three games at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium are on sale now. Ticket prices are just $13 for Lower Box, $10 for Upper Box, and $6 for General Admission.
Beginning Wednesday, fans can stop by Wichita area Kwik Shop locations, Wichita area QuikTrip locations, as well as the Chick-fil-A at Central and Rock for discounted ticket vouchers.
Playoff tickets can also be had for as little as $5 with the purchase of 2013 season tickets.
