
Wilderness Sweep Magicians

Three, 1st period goals were enough to propel the Minnesota Wilderness to a 5-2 win on road Saturday night to complete a weekend sweep of the Magicians. Ivan Chukarov scored the opening two goals for the Wilderness and Isak Bergland added the third goal for the Wilderness in the 1st period. Michael Covach and Niklas Lehtimaki added two more goals in the 3rd period. Connor Bucsis and Austin Rueschoff scored for the Magicians in the loss. Parker Butler, who was called up from the NA3HL's Twin City Steel, made 20 saves in his NAHL debut with the Wilderness.
