Wilderness Shutout Magicians

The Wilderness earned their 13th shutout on the season last night when they beat the Minnesota Magicians 1-0. After a scoreless first period and second period, Darian Romanko scored in the third. Romanko's goal came at 6:02 and was assisted by Daniel Litchke and Nolan Culver. Goalie Frank Oplinger earned his 5th shutout of the year totalling 30 saves on the night. 

The Wilderness will host the Bismarck Bobcats this weekend at Northwoods Credit Union Arena in Cloquet. Friday night's game is a 8:30 P.M. start with a special Date Night ticket discount; Buy 1 ticket, get 1 free. Saturday's puck drops at 7:05 and will feature Hockey Happy Hour before the game (6-7) $1 beer and $2 mixed drinks/wines.
