
Wild Look to End Season with a Win

The Wichita Wild plays their final game of the season on Saturday night vs. the Bloomington Extreme. The two teams last played on April 29 in Bloomington, Ill., where the Wild collected its second win of the season in a dramatic 20-18 victory. Kickoff for the game on Saturday is set for 7:05 p.m.
The Extreme enter the game with a fifth consecutive clinched playoff berth already in hand and a record of 9-4. The outcome of this game will determine whether they will be placed at a fourth or fifth seed going into the playoffs. The Wild enter their final game looking to end the season with a win to add to their record of 5-8 after an 0-5 start.
The Extreme is led at the quarterback position by Rocky Hinds. Hinds sits at sixth in the league in touchdown passes with 38 and is fourth in passing yards with 2,032.
The Wichita defense will be looking for another dominating performance after last week's 65-22 victory. The Wild defense scored three touchdowns in the third quarter in last weeks victory, while holding the Danger offense to only two touchdowns. The Wild defense is allowing 33.5 points per game over their last six contests.
