
Wild Announce 2010 Schedule; Home Opener On February 27

The Indoor Football League (IFL) has finalized details of the 2010 schedule for the Wichita Wild and the other 25 teams that make up the IFL. The Wild will be defending their Central Division Championship and competing against the Colorado Ice, Omaha Beef, Sioux City Bandits, and Sioux Falls Storm in divisional play.
During the 2010 season, the Wild will play 14 regular season games with all seven home games being played on Saturday night's at Hartman Arena. The Wild will play 12 games within the Central Division.
The season will kick-off at home on February 27 as the Wild will host the La Crosse Spartans. This will be the first game in Spartans history. Following a bye, the Wild will welcome Sioux Falls to Hartman Arena on March 13. Colorado will visit the Wild on March 20 in the Ice's first appearance at Hartman Arena.
The Wild's first road trip of the season takes the team to Omaha for a game on Monday, March 29 followed by a trip to Sioux Falls on April 3. On April 10, the Wild return to Hartman Arena to battle Omaha and Sioux Falls will make their second trip to Wichita on April 17.
The Wild will begin a three-game road swing on May 1 in Sioux City followed by May 9 in Colorado and back to Sioux City for a Central Division Collision on May 15.
Colorado will make their final trip to Wichita on May 22. The Wild will then travel to Green Bay, WI to take on the Blizzard on June 5. The Wild's final home game of the regular season will take place on June 12 as Sioux City comes to town. The Wild will wrap up the regular season on June 19 in Omaha.
All seven Wild home games begin at 7:05 PM. Season tickets for individual and corporate use are currently available and start at just $79.
