Whirlwinds Schedule Final Tryout Camp

Midland, TX. The ABA West Texas Whirlwinds have scheduled their last two-day tryout camp for the 2007-2008 season. It will be held on Saturday, September 8th and Sunday, September 9th at The Carver Center, 1212 East Wadley, Midland, Texas. According to team owner, Cleveland Phelps, "The level of talent thus far has been surprisingly good but we are still looking for a few great players to fill out what will be a very competitive team. The teams in Texas are good and we would like to be up to the challenge."
