PORTLAND- The (3-8) Maine Mammoths host their sixth home game Saturday, July 14th, at 7:00 pm (ET) against the (8-3) Columbus Lions. This will be the second time that Maine will face Columbus this season, the first matchup between the two teams ended with the Lions defeating the Mammoths 55-34 in Columbus, GA. Although Maine's hopes at a playoffs birth is bleak, the Mammoths could be the Lions worst nightmare, the Mammoths are on a two game home win-streak and a loss to the Herd could ruin the Lions current number one seed. With the NAL playoffs around the corner every win or loss can shake up the four slots in the NAL playoffs, teams have gone quickly from first to fourth within the matter of one game already this season. Saturday could be the Mammoths night to shock the #1 Lions in a spooky Saturday Night showdown in Portland.
Halloween in July
Enter the arena if you dare as the Mammoths look forward to this fright-filled night of fun. This entertaining night encourages kids and adults to join us in their favorite costumes as we team up with some spooky friends, who will have plenty of haunted surprises in store. For those who are not looking to get spooked before kickoff, Princess Elsa, Princess Moana, and Princess Belle will be in attendance! Don't forget the Mammoths will have a costume contest and winners will be announced during the game, so dress up in your best costume!

Artist Joe Everson's Patriotic Painting Auction The Mammoths are pleased to announce that renowned artist Joe Everson has painted a special patriotic rendition of one of the United States most familiarized images, titled "Iwo Jima" during our June 30'th matchup against the Carolina Cobras. Everson also painted a second patriotic canvas that was revealed during halftime. Both "Lady Liberty" and "Iwo Jima" will be on display at our merchandise stand and open for bidding in our silent auction. All proceeds will go to the Veteran Tickets Foundation.
Costume Contest
Dress up for Halloween in July as we have a prize for one lucky boy and GHOUL... Adults can partake in the costume contest as well as a the child and adult winners of the costume contest will be announced during the game.
"Bring a Friend" and "Early Bird" Ticket Voucher
Bring a friend to the game this week and introduce them to Mammoths football! Fans who purchased their Mammoths season tickets early received FREE game vouchers. Vouchers were only available to season ticket holders. Just another great benefit of being a Mammoths Nation Member.

Doors Open
On Saturday, the doors open at 6:00 p.m. The game kicks off at 7:00 pm.
Halftime
There will be a special haunted halftime performance by the Tuskhers Dance Team as well as a performance from Dance Moves Maine.
Noise Policy
The Mammoths allow cowbells (8" in height 6" in width max). We will continue with the policy of fans NOT being able to bring large buckets or aerosol air horns into the arena.
