WHA2 Media Conference

Alabama Slammers News Release


The Alabama Slammers announced today that the World Hockey Association 2 (WHA2) will hold a media conference on Wednesday April 21 at 1 p.m. to make a significant announcement about the future of the league. The media conference will take place at the Radisson Hotel on Ivanhoe Road in downtown Orlando on the second floor in the Anderson room.

League founder and chairman of the Board of Governors David Waronker will discuss the league's future plans including expansion and franchise locations. Alabama Slammers team President and WHA2 director of hockey operations Taylor Hall will also be on hand to discuss the league's future direction.
