'Welcome to Rochester' Meet the Knighthawks Party Saturday

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Knighthawks, in conjunction with the Knighthawks Krew, announced today that the Krew will be hosting the annual "Welcome to Rochester" Meet the Knighthawks Party on Saturday, November 20th at 9:00 p.m. at the Stock Exchange Restaurant in the First Federal Plaza. This will be the eighth consecutive year that the Knighthawks Krew has upheld this tradition of welcoming the Rochester Knighthawks players, coaches and staff back to Rochester.

Players expected to attend the event include Jordan Hall, Matt Vinc, Scott Evans, Shawn Williams, Steve Toll, Shawn Evans, Pat O Toole, Sid Smith, Aaron Bold, Joe Walters, Craig Point, Kevin Fines and Cody Jamieson.

This year's event will be highlighted with appearances by the select Rochester Knighthawks players and coaches. The Knighthawks Krew will be raffling off lacrosse memorabilia. The Knighthawks Krew, the official fan club of the Rochester Knighthawks, will be celebrating their 15th anniversary in 2011. The Knighthawks Krew has members in nine countries around the World and 15 states in the U.S.

The Knighthawks will kick off Training Camp on November 20th with a 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. practice at the Rochester Sports Garden. The second day is on Sunday, November 21st from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Total Sports Experience in Gates. The Knighthawks will be accepting new and gently used lacrosse equipment both days for ROC E6 Lacrosse.

The Knighthawks will open the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, January 15th against the Toronto Rock at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. To order tickets, fans can call a sales representative at (585) 454-5335 or go online to Knighthawks.net.
