Weekly Promotions Announced for 2016 Doubledays Season

Auburn, NY - The Auburn Doubledays of the New York-Penn League, Single-A Short Season affiliate of the Washington Nationals, are excited to announce several price friendly weekly promotions for this year.
The weekly promotions begin with "Little Abners Club Sundays." Members of the free Little Abners Club for children 12 & younger will receive a free General Admission game ticket, hot dog, ice cream, and Fruit Shoot compliments of Pepsi. There will also be a pre-game autograph session, and after the game, children can run the bases. Sunday home games at Falcon Park are on June 19, June 26, July 17, August 14, and August 28.
Mondays will be "Fan Fare Mondays." General Admission tickets will be only $1 each on the following dates: June 20, June 27, July 4, July 11, and July 18.
"Wiener Wednesdays" are the Wednesday promotion at Falcon Park. Hofmann hot dogs and 12-ounce fountain sodas will be only $1 each on July 6, July 13, August 3, August 10, and August 24.
Five Thursday home games will be "Thirsty Thursdays." Select 7-ounce draft beers, 12-ounce fountain sodas, popcorns, and peanuts will be $1 each, and select 20-ounce draft beers will be two-for-the-price-of-one. Thursday home dates are July 28, August 4, August 11, August 25, and September 1.
In addition to the weekly promotions, there will be eight spectacular post-game fireworks shows throughout the season. Fireworks show dates are June 17, June 25, July 4, July 30, August 5, August 13, August 26, and September 3.
The Doubledays will open the 2016 season on Friday, June 17 at home against the Batavia Muckdogs at 7:05 p.m. Single game tickets and season ticket plans are on sale now. For more information, call (315) 255-2489 or visit auburndoubledays.com.
