Chicago Hounds News Release
CHICAGO, I.L. - Head Coach Sam Harris announced the roster for the Chicago Hounds (0-3) Week Five matchup against the Dallas Jackals (0-4) taking place this Saturday at 6 PM.
George Thornton, Lindsey Stevens, and Charlie Abel retain the spots after last week's one-point loss to the Toronto Arrows. Thornton and Abel continue their prop partnership while Lindsey Steven makes his third start of the season.
Mike Matarazzo is joined by Luke White, returning from injury, as the lock pairing for this weekend. The back row remains unchanged with vice-captain Luke Beauchamp, Maclean Jones, and Michael de Waal rounding out the forward pack.
The only change to the backline is Julian Dominguez returning to the left wing in place of J.P. Eloff. Dominguez is making his return to the lineup after missing out last weekend due to injury. He was a spark plug for the Hounds' attack in his lone appearance on the season while providing much-need physicality on defense.
Prop Timmy Ohlwein and scrumhalf Sidney Shoop are called into the 23 with the opportunity to win their first caps of the season.
The match kicks off at 6 PM at SeatGeek Stadium. You can buy tickets here. Fans not able to come to SeatGeek Stadium can watch the game broadcasted live on Marquee Sports Network while fans out of the market can tune into The Rugby Network.
