Dubois County Bombers News Release
HUNTINGBURG, Ind. - The Dubois County Bombers want to help fans kick off Strassenfest activities the right way. Strassenfest, a festival that celebrates German heritage and culture, runs August 2-5 in downtown Jasper.
The Bombers, however, want to start the celebration Wednesday night, when they host the Quncy Gems for a 7:15 p.m. game at League Stadium.
Fans who bring a German flag or wear German colors can purchase general admission tickets for one dollar.
The Bombers will also be selling two-dollar draft beers, and there is the possibility that they will have a polka band as well.
So come out to League Stadium tonight for Strassenfest Blitzkrieg Nacht. Gates open at 6:30.
