Washington Stealth News Release
Everett, Wash. - Saturday, April 16 marks the final home game of the 2011 regular season for the Washington Stealth. It's "Fan Appreciation Night" at the Comcast Arena as the Stealth takes on the Rochester Knighthawks at 7:30pm.
"Fan Appreciation Night" is the Stealth's chance to show its faithful fans how important they are to the team's success. The Comcast Arena is becoming one of the National Lacrosse League's most difficult buildings to play in, as the Stealth players feed off the incredible atmosphere provided by the fans.
"Our fans are very passionate and very loud," said Stealth All-Star forward Rhys Duch. "There's no question that we feed of their energy and several times this season they have willed us to victory."
The first 2,500 fans will receive a limited edition Stealth magnet photo frame and the entire Stealth team will be available for postgame autographs. The game will also feature contests throughout the game that will give fans the opportunity to win great prizes from Stealth sponsors.
One lucky fan will also walk away with a pair of 2012 Stealth Season Tickets courtesy of Stealth Mobile. To enter the drawing for the Stealth Mobile Season Ticket Giveaway, just text 'STEALTH' to 881188.
Along with the "Fan Appreciation Night" festivities, the game versus the Rochester Knighthawks will be an important one for the Stealth, as they look to secure second place in the NLL West Division and a home game in the first round of the playoffs with a win.
The game takes place at the Comcast Arena on Saturday, April 16 at 7:30pm at the Comcast Arena at Everett. Tickets start at just $13 with many special ticket packages available. For ticket information, call 877-MY-75-TIX or visit www.stealthlax.com.
