Washington Stealth News Release

Everett, Wash. -- "Washington Stealth All-Access", the weekly lacrosse radio show on KRKO, Fox Sports 1380 AM, will continue Thursday, April 7 at 5:30pm PST. This week will feature interviews with Stealth owner Denise Watkins and Head Coach Chris Hall. Plus, Minnesota Swarm rookie Andrew Suitor, IL Indoor's Teddy Jenner will preview the NLL this week and Paul Rabil's weekly segment will continue with answers to fans' questions live on the air.

Stealth owner Denise Watkins makes her first appearance on the program to talk about one of the biggest events of the Stealth season: "Pink in the Rink". All the proceeds earned through a Stealth helmet auction will be donated to the Puget Sound Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, which specializes in Breast Cancer research and awareness. It's a cause that is important to Watkins, who will also provide her thoughts on the Stealth's first two seasons in Washington.

The Stealth is 4-2 in its last six games and enters this week's game against the Minnesota Swarm with a 7-7 record in second place in the West Division. After an emotional back-to-back weekend with two overtime games against the top teams in the East, the Stealth returns home to face a Swarm team that sits just a half game behind the Stealth in the standings. Stealth Head Coach Chris Hall will give his thoughts on this weekend's important West Division battle.

The Minnesota Swarm added a number of pieces in the offseason to make them a contender for the 2011 West Division crown. One of those pieces is rookie transition player Andrew Suitor, the reigning NLL Rookie of the Week after a four-goal performance against the Calgary Roughnecks last weekend. Suitor will talk about his first season in the NLL and give the Swarm side of this weekend's big matchup with the Stealth.

In this week's Around the NLL segment, IL Indoor analyst Teddy Jenner will preview a busy weekend in the NLL. There are some huge games this weekend that will have an impact on the playoff seedings.

Stealth transition player Paul Rabil will make his weekly appearance on the show to give his thoughts on the state of the Stealth as well.

"Washington Stealth All-Access" airs weekly on Thursdays at 5:30pm on your radio dial on KRKO 1380 AM, or can be listened to live at www.krko.com. You can call-in to the show by dialing (425) 304-1380 or email your questions to [email protected].
