Washington, D.C. - The Washington Spirit welcomes SNICKERS©, proudly part of Mars, as an official partner through the 2024 NWSL season. As part of the partnership, SNICKERS© will appear on game jersey sleeves and will be the official presenting partner for Fan Appreciation Night scheduled for October 20. In addition to being a jersey sponsor, the brand will receive use of marks, in-game signage, social integration and more.

"We are honored to partner with an iconic brand like SNICKERS©, and Mars, for their first ever NWSL partnership," said Spirit Chief Executive Officer Kim Stone. "Investing in women's sports is smart business. The Spirit and SNICKERS© will work together to build an innovative and impactful alliance to bring the brand to women's soccer fans by leveraging opportunities to increase visibility and drive business."

Partnerships are an important part of Michele Kang's vision to create access, opportunities and conditions for women and girls in sports equal to their male peers on and off-the field. The Spirit and SNICKERS© partnership will provide opportunities for our players and fans while demonstrating the power and business sense of investing in women's sports.

"Mars Wrigley inspires moments of everyday happiness with our iconic portfolio of brands," said Gabrielle Wesley, CMO, Mars Wrigley North America. "We're proud to support women in sports with our satisfying SNICKERS and to help fuel the Washington Spirit for the 2024 NWSL season."

The Spirit is gearing up to kick off the 2024 season on March 23 at 7:30pm against one of the NWSL's newest clubs Bay FC.
