Wally the Green Monster to appear at MacKenzie Stadium

HOLYOKE, MA - On Sunday July 15, Blue Sox fans will get to feel like they are at Fenway Park as Wally the Green Monster will be at Mackenzie Stadium for Holyoke's contest against the Ocean State Waves, and thanks to some help from Chi Insurance, he will be bringing along some Red Sox tickets to give away.
Wally, whose MLB debut came on April 13, 1997, is a fun-loving creature who lives within the confines of the 37-foot high wall at Fenway after which he is named. His full biography can be found by clicking here.
All fans will receive a raffle ticket when they enter the stadium; during each inning, one ticket number will be called and that ticket can be exchanged for a pair of Red Sox tickets.
Gates open at 5:30 PM, with the opening pitch scheduled for 6:35 PM. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for youth under 12, with all seating set as general admission.
