
VooDoo Players Set to Report for Training Camp on Saturday

NEW ORLEANS (February 18, 2011) - The New Orleans VooDoo will take the first step towards the 2011 season on Saturday, Feb. 19 when players report for training camp. The players will take part in entrance physicals and pick up practice equipment.
"It is an exciting time for us," said head football coach Derek Stingley. "I'm looking forward to training camp. It will come and go quickly, making every day very important."
The VooDoo will take part in their first official practice on Sunday afternoon at the Alario Center (Westwego, La.).
The practice will be the first of three league mandatory non-pad practices, serving as an acclimation period for all the players. The team's first practice full-pad, contact practice will take place on Wednesday night at the Alario Center.
