Drummondville Voltigeurs News Release
BOUCHERVILLE, Friday, January 5, 2007 - Only a couple of trades were made on Friday. The Val-d'Or Foreurs sent winger Sébastien Laferrière (87-03-14) to the Rocket for their seventh round pick (acquired from Val-d'Or) in the 2007 QMJHL Entry Draft.
Furthermore, the Voltigeurs acquired defenseman Stephen Valente (88-05-26) from the Remparts for their third round pick in 2007.
The trade period ends on Monday, January 8, at noon.
