Vipers Continue Additions For 2009 Season

Huntsville, AL- The Tennessee Valley Vipers have made two more additions for the 2009 team that will be defending the 2008 ArenaCup Championship.

The Vipers have been assigned offensive linemen Germayle Franklin and Willie Hall, who were both part of last season's af2 championship team. Franklin, 6-4 328, played his collegiate football at Middle Tennessee State University, and was named Second-team All-Sun Belt conference during his senior season for the Blue Raiders. For the Vipers, Franklin saw most of his action at tight end and finished the regular season with one catch for 17 yards.

Hall, also a product of Middle Tennessee State, played in four games for the Vipers last season, starting three of those at offensive guard, before missing the remainder of the season with a knee injury. The 6-6 315-pound lineman played three seasons at MTSU before leaving school early to enter the NFL draft.
