Indianapolis Indians News Release
INDIANAPOLIS - Two of Indiana's best college baseball programs will face off at the state's premier baseball facility on Tuesday, April 26 as Notre Dame hosts Indiana at Victory Field. Starting today individual tickets are on sale with pricing at $8 for adults and $5 for children (ages 3-14). Kids 2 and under are admitted for free. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. with first pitch at 7 p.m. The game is presented by the Indiana National Guard.
Last year a crowd of more than 8,000 saw the Hoosiers (35-24) come from behind in a thrilling bottom-of-the-ninth inning game to win 6-5 over the Fighting Irish (37-23). Both teams advanced to the Regional Round of last season's NCAA Tournament. With the college baseball season set to begin this weekend, Indiana and Notre Dame are preseason contenders in their respective conferences.
Ticket pricing starts at $6 each for groups of 25 or more. Contact the Victory Field Box Office at Tickets@IndyIndians.com or (317) 269-3545 for information and availability in premium group areas such as suites, picnic areas, and party terraces. Group tickets must be purchased in advance.
