Veterans Key Part of Maulers Camp

Most of the thirty-nine in camp for the Montgomery Maulers are harden veterans from the 2005 division championship team. The Maulers first home game is March 25 against a new franchise team from Chattanooga, the Tennessee River Sharks.

JR Richardson QB, Jamaal Fletcher DB, Jerome (Jay) Newton WR, Jim Parham DL, Jonathan Harrell LB, Julius Mills DB, Kunta Mims DB, Machion Sanders WR, Marquis Stokes LB, Patrick Epkins RB, Quincy McCall OL, Rodrice Merkerson WR, Roger Medlock OL, Ronnie Harper DB, Shaun Holmes RB, Silas Daniels III WR, Tim Parham DL, Travis Willis, Undrae Crosby OL.

"With our first game not until March 25, we're just starting our preseason practices," said coach Daniels. "We've added some quality talent to our returning team and I feel we're going to have a solid start to the new season." he said.

The Montgomery Maulers play in Garrett Coliseum. This is their second year in the National Indoor Football League. The Maulers won their division championship their inaugural year.
