
Venom Schedule Easter Egg Hunt

Amarillo, TX 4/1311 - The Amarillo Venom is having a special Easter egg hunt for kids 15 and under prior to their April 23rd game against the West Texas Rough Necks. Thousands of dollars in cash and prizes will be hidden in over 500 eggs around the Amarillo Civic Center.
"We wanted to do something special for our fans on Easter weekend," said Joe Morgado, the Venom's General Manager. "It's going to be a lot of fun and the kids will really enjoy it."
The Easter egg hunt will begin at 6:00 p.m. when the doors open and will last until all of the eggs have been collected. Each egg will contain letters redeemable at the customer service desk to help enforce age restrictions. Each letter contained in an egg will correspond with a particular prize. Prizes will include cash, gift certificates, candy, merchandise, and coupons thanks to the Amarillo Venom and their sponsors. For a full list of Venom sponsors visit their Web page www.govenom.com
The April 23rd game is also the night the Venom will reveal the official name of their new mascot. To vote for the name you would like, visit the Venom's Web site www.govenom.com .
