
Valor to Host Teacher Appreciation and Student Achievement Night

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Washington Valor announced today that the team will host Teacher Appreciation and Student Achievement Night this Saturday, June 15 when the team hosts the Albany Empire at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena.

Valor offensive lineman Anthony Parker, who works as a special education teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools, will lead a moment of recognition of all teachers and school staff in attendance, thanking them for the work they do and the leadership they provide their students. Additionally, teachers will be featured in interactive games including on-field contests and promotions throughout Saturday night's game.
