Utah Eagles News Release
Head Coach Scott Fields is preparing for the teams inaugural tryouts this Friday and Saturday in Salt Lake City. With the 2006-2007 CBA Draft in his rear view mirror, Fields is now focused on finding players for his Veterans Camp in early October. The search begins Friday and Salt Lake Community College with a free agent tryout this weekend.
Fields notes that he is excited at the opportunity the CBA has provided, and is expecting a great turn out for the 2006-2007 version of the CBA Utah Eagles. Free agents from Florida, New York and California are amongst the players making plans to attend the tryout, and Fields expects some veterans of the CBA, NBA and International caliber to make a bid for a spot on the Eagles this season.
