
Tyronne Beale will suit up for the Gwizzlies

The American Basketball Association Macon Based Georgia Gwizzlies are please announce that former Bowie State ballplayer Tyonne Beale a 22 year old 6"9 220 pound foward will join the team in January 2008.Beale this past fall for drafted by the NBA-D league Colorado 14ers.Beale can score from the outside,inside,run the floor,defend and has a great humble attitude states the Gwizzlies staff.In June Beale attended the Gwizzlies open tryout at Morgan County High School and was rated the best player in the camp by the Gwizzlies coaches.Beale could be the ABA first call-up to the NBA since 2003 when the Long Beach Jam had 3 ballplayers called up.Matt Barnes who now plays for the NBA Golden State Warriors was one of the three call ups.
