Florida Tropics SC News Release
DALLAS, Texas -The Florida Tropics will look to continue to re-write their records book as they take on the Dallas Sidekicks and Mesquite Outlaws in Texas this weekend, looking to stay atop the Major Arena Soccer League's Eastern Conference.
Florida will look to set team record on Friday in Dallas in an 7:35 (CST) kickoff against the Sidekicks. A win would be a team-record sixth straight, after opening the season with five consecutive triumphs.
Saturday, Mesquite and legendary indoor soccer star turned Coach Tatu, will host the Tropics in a 7:05 (CST) start.

Ricardo Carvalho paces the Tropics offense with 14 goals and 16 assists, tied for second in overall points in the league. Hugo Silva as the league's top goals against average at 3.42.
Dallas, 2-9, is led by Arthur Ivo with 10 goals, while Mesquite's Jamie Lovegrove paces the Outlaws, 4-8, with 11 goals and four assists. Both teams play in the MASL Western Conference. Former Tropics captain Freddy Moojen has seven goals in eight games for Dallas this year, his second time around with the Sidekicks.
