Reading Express News Release

Reading, Pa. (February 15, 2011) - The Reading Express indoor pro football organization is taking its group night package to an entirely different level. Beginning in 2011, companies can take part in the new Corporate Team Experience before Reading Express home games. This program targets corporate groups and is designed to help companies overcome the hurdles left behind by the tough economy. As companies begin to recoup and recover from a down turn that will live in history, it is critical for teams of employees to be in sync, dedicated and working together.

The Corporate Team Experience promises to assist companies in their efforts to transform from good to great to excellent. This unique experience will address some of the key organizational challenges facing businesses today: Employee Loyalty; Communications Amongst Team Members; Employee Morale and Alignment to Mission, Goals and Objectives.

"Team building and social time with co-workers has always been a critical ingredient to our success," said Ted Lavender, who, with his wife, Lisa, owns both Berks . Fire . Water Restorations and the Reading Express. "It is vital that our staff is in tune with each other and is fully dedicated to the company objectives. It has been a vision of ours for several years to develop a unique package that allows companies to easily and affordably enjoy the benefits of combining formal team building and socializing outside the work place."

This long-time vision became a reality with the Lavenders crossed paths with Larry Bonino, owner of Excellence-In-., LLC. Bonino has built his career training and coaching business executives and corporate teams. He is a talented high performance business consultant and the Exclusive Peak Performance Team Building Coach of the Reading Express.

The innovative program that Bonino is creating for the Corporate Team Experience looks beyond current situations to see the potential greatness in organizations and their people. A true visionary, Bonino has mastered the art of thinking big, while simultaneously creating practical solutions for current corporate challenges. He inspires individuals to strive for excellence, and leads corporate teams by example. Companies and organizations that work with Excellence-In. are motivated to pursue a higher level of performance.

"Poorly functioning teams lead to a break down in trust and communication amongst employees within businesses and corporations," said Bonino. "This breakdown leads companies down the path toward declines in performance and productivity, which nearly always result in a decrease in profitability. Highly functioning teams always demonstrate a superior ability to communicate with one another and problem solve, align around a common set of goals with genuine trust in one another."

There are endless studies showing the power of providing opportunities for co-workers to socialize outside the workplace as well as those showing that team building is a highly effective mechanism for increasing employee productivity and performance. For a business to enjoy the benefits of synergy within your staff, nothing will serve better than allowing your team the opportunity to get to know each other and align themselves to your company's mission and goals.
