Training Camp Opens this Weekend

Norfolk Admirals News Release
NORFOLK - The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the team's 13th American Hockey League training camp will begin on Friday at Norfolk Scope Arena. In addition, the Admirals announced that five players have been signed to training camp tryouts. The announcements were made today by Admirals Assistant General Manager Bob Ferguson.
A total of 33 players will take part in training camp - 21 forwards, nine defensemen and three goaltenders. Included in that group are the following five players who have been signed to tryouts:
Chris Auger - Center
Andrew Conboy - Left Wing
Brandon Marino - Forward
Brett Perlini - Forward
Jean-Michel Rizk - Right Wing
A full training camp roster is attached to this release.
Below is an on-ice schedule for training camp. Group rosters will be released next week. All sessions will be at Scope Arena unless otherwise noted. Training camp is open to the public only during regular business hours - Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Schedule is subject to change.
