PITTSFIELD, MA - The Pittsfield Suns dropped their third straight game to the Torrington Titans Friday evening at Wahconah Park. The loss puts the Suns a game and a half back of the division lead with two more weeks left in the regular season.

The night started off with Torrington scoring one run in the first inning. The Suns could only manage two runs, scoring one run in the bottom of the fourth on an RBI single by Steve Dill, and another run in the sixth after a triple by Zach Tower and a RBI single from Brandon Geary.

Torrington would score a run in sixth, two in the seventh and an additional run in the eighth. The final tally of Friday's contest, 6-2 Titans.
