No. 3: Long Tan sets gold standard for goals

Forward Long Tan made a huge splash for United when he first arrived in 2014. A late-season addition, Tan scored five goals in just 12 matches to close out the season. He kept that impressive scoring form going in 2015.

Tan crushed his own record for most goals in a season by finding the back of the net 14 times this season. His goal total was tied for fourth-best in the nation (he was fifth-best in total points with 30, which was also a club record). He played well enough to earn a loan spell with NASL side Tampa Bay Rowdies when his 2015 season was done.

With Tan signed for 2016, the club and its fans have a lot more to look forward to from the prolific scorer.
