
Tonight's Game Postponed

Southern Illinois Miners News Release
Marion, IL - Tuesday's game between the Southern Illinois Miners and Lake Erie Crushers has been postponed due to inclement weather. The Miners and Crushers will play a double header on Wednesday night beginning at 6:00 pm. The Miners will send RHP Hayden Simpson to the mound against Crushers LHP Dave Middendorf in Game One. In game two, the Miners will send RHP Cody Hall to the mound against RHP Trevor Longfellow.
Gates will open at 5:30 pm. Mike Ventola will have the call on the Miners Radio Network beginning at 5:45 pm.
The Southern Illinois Miners are the 2012 Frontier League Champions and have been awarded the Frontier League Organization of the Year three times since its inception. It has also set a new Frontier League attendance record in 2007.
