Tommy John to Speak at Meet the Team Event

Four-time Major League All-Star Tommy John will be joining the Sussex Skyhawks for their "Meet the Team" event at Perona Farms.
John started 700 games over the course of his career, putting together a record of 288-231 over twenty-six seasons. He won 20+ games in a season three times, and finished second in the voting for the Cy Young award in both 1977 and 1979. John's 288 wins and 46 career shutouts both rank 26th in Major League history.
The "Meet the Team" event is behind held Wednesday, May 26th, at Perona Farms in Andover Township. The event begins at 6:00 PM, with dinner service expected to start at 6:45 PM. The event is limited to 250 people; tickets must be purchased in advance by calling Chris Haggerty (973.300.1000 x11). Tickets are $20/person.
