
Titans Lose 12-7 To San Jose In Home Opener At Madison Square Garden

New York, NY ? The New York Titans, the Big Apple?s first ever professional lacrosse franchise, were defeated by the San Jose Stealth 12- 7 Thursday night in the Titans? home opener at Madison Square Garden.
The Titans leader in goals was Brendan Mundorf with three, in his first game with the Titans this season. Titans Captain Casey Powell was the leader in points for the Titans with 5, off of one goal and four assists. For the Stealth Luke Wiles was the leader in points with seven off of three goals and four assists.
Titans goalie Matt Vinc had 33-45 saves on the night.
The Titans next game is at home on Sunday, February 10 at 12:30pm against the Buffalo Bandits at Madison Square Garden.
