LAST NIGHT: The TinCaps beat the Lugnuts, 7-2. Robert Hassell III hit a 2-run homer 2 batters into the game. He later doubled, too. Olivier Basabe also had 2 hits, including a 2-run single. Noel Vela pitched 6 innings of 1-run ball with 6 strikeouts.

The jerseys were auctioned off and raised more than $50,000 for the Robb School Memorial Fund to aid the families of those affected by the mass shooting at the elementary school there, a little more than an hour away from Wolff Stadium...
