Moline, IL â The schedule is set for the best-of-seven 2003 United Hockey League Colonial Cup Championship Series between the Quad City Mallards and the Fort Wayne Komets. Mallards President/General Manager Howard Cornfield announced the schedule today.
The Mallards will host Game 3 on Thursday, May 1, at 7:00 p.m. at The MARK of the Quad Cities, and Game 4 on Saturday, May 3, at 7:00 p.m. at The MARK. If necessary, Game 6 will be at The MARK on Tuesday, May 6, at 7:00 p.m.
The entire schedule is as follows:
Game One Friday, April 25 7:35 p.m. at Fort Wayne
Game Two Saturday, April 26 7:35 p.m. at Fort Wayne
Game Three Thursday, May 1 7:00 p.m. at Quad City
Game Four Saturday, May 3 7:00 p.m. at Quad City
*Game Five Sunday, May 4 7:35 p.m. at Fort Wayne
*Game Six Tuesday, May 6 7:00 p.m. at Quad City
*Game Seven Friday, May 9 7:35 p.m. at Fort Wayne
* if necessary
Tickets are on sale now for Game 3, Game 4, and (if necessary) Game 6 of the Colonial Cup Championship Series at The MARK box office, at all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at (563) 326-1111, and online by following the Tickets link at www.qcmallards.com. Follow the link on the Mallards web site to obtain tickets in Fort Wayne as well.
Mallards Season Ticket Holders and fans who purchased the 11-game playoff ticket package should use the following tickets for Championship Series games at The MARK:
Game 3 â Use tickets marked ROUND 3, HOME GAME 1
Game 4 â Use tickets marked ROUND 3, HOME GAME 2
Game 6 â Use tickets marked ROUND 3, HOME GAME 3
For those who purchased the playoff ticket package, refunds for all unplayed games will be available at the conclusion of the playoffs. Those funds can also be applied toward 2003-2004 Season Tickets.
