ThunderBolts Holding Second Tryout for 2006

LAKELAND-The Lakeland ThunderBolts, of the National Indoor Football League, are holding their second and final tryout for prospective players for the 2006 season on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at Hunt-Fountain Fields. The ThunderBolts season is fast approaching and Head Coach Teddy Keaton and staff are searching for talented players to finalize their 2006 roster.

The tryout will include field testing in the 40-yard dash, the 20-yard short shuttle, L-drill, as well as one-on-one drills and individual teams. Players should come dressed in proper athletic apparel, shorts and grass cleats, a THUNDERBOLTS T-SHIRT WILL BE PROVIDED.

Tryouts are being held at Hunt-Fountain Fields, 2020 Duff Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810. Registration begins at 8:00am with tryouts starting promptly at 9:00am. There is a registration fee of $50.00 (cash or money orders only).

"We have several talented players from throughout the nation already signed for the 2006 season," stated Coach Keaton. "We are looking for those players that have the talent to play at this high professional level. We are looking for the best of the best of central Florida athletes."
