
Thunderbirds, Jordan Trottier Agree to One-Year Contract

HALIFAX, NS - The Halifax Thunderbirds have signed defender Jordan Trottier to a one-year contract.
"I'm very excited to join the Thunderbirds and have an opportunity to compete," Trottier said. "This is a first-class organization from top to bottom and I look forward to playing alongside some of the league's best players. It's going to be an exciting winter!"
Trottier, 24, has played two years in the National Lacrosse League, split between Panther City and Georgia. He was originally drafted by the Colorado Mammoth in the second round (28th overall) of the 2020 NLL Draft.
A graduate of RIT, Trottier played in 14 games during the 2021-22 season with the expansion Panther City, finishing the year with a goal and an assist along with 24 loose balls and three caused turnovers.
He played in two games with the Swarm last season, registering two loose balls.
