Thunder & Roadrunners to Hold Local Tryouts May 14-15

Edinburg, TX - *The North American Baseball League's McAllen Thunder and the Edinburg Roadrunners announced they will hold a joint local tryout camp for baseball players at Edinburg Stadium on Saturday, May 14 and Sunday May 15.
The tryouts will begin at 9 a.m. on both days.
Prospective players planning on participating can register in advance by calling the Roadrunners office at (956) 380-4446 or e-mailing www.mcallenthunder.com.
Walkups need to register at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Price for the two-day camp is $125, or $130 cash for walkups.
Players need to be ready to play two live games. Those accepted will be invited to spring training with one of the ballclub's.
Participants must bring their own equipment and are advised to arrive early. Edinburg Stadium is located at 920 N. Sugar Rd.
