
Three QMJHL officials selected by Hockey Canada to participate in WJC

BOUCHERVILLE, Thursday, December 15, 2005 (QMJHL) - Three Quebec Major Junior Hockey League officials have been selected by Hockey Canada to participate in the upcoming World Junior Hockey Championship tournament, held from December 26th, 2005 to January 5th, 2006 in Vancouver.
Referee Guy Pellerin, who hails from Moncton, as well as linesmen Jeff MacDonald of Halifax and Sylvain Losier of Greenfield Park will be heading to the southern part of British-Colombia in the next few days. "These three officials have the necessary experience to satisfy the needs and demands of both Hockey Canada and the IIHF," declared Mr. Sylvain Bibeau, the Director of Officiating at the QMJHL.
