CF Blake Gailen, 1B Mark Samuelson and P Josh Dew of the 2010 GBL champion Chico Outlaws were named as top independent league prospects by Baseball America in their latest edition.
Gailen makes the list for the second year in a row, while Samuelson is named for the first time. Dew made the list as an honorable mention.
Former Outlaw Daniel Nava made this list in 2007 and is now in the majors with the Boston Red Sox.
