
Thorns FC Return to Action Tonight on the Road against Racing Louisville FC

Following a league-wide break, Portland Thorns FC return to action tonight on the road against Racing Louisville FC; kickoff is set for 5 p.m. (Pacific) on Paramount+.
Entering tonight's match against Louisville, Portland (5-1-6, 21pts) is riding an eight-game unbeaten streak, which includes five games unbeaten (1-0-4) on the road in 2022. In addition, seven players who were away from the team during international duty have returned: Janine Beckie, Sam Coffey, Natalia Kuikka, Rocky Rodríguez, Becky Sauerbrunn, Christine Sinclair and Sophia Smith.
Thorns FC square off against Louisville for the first time this season and just the third time in the club's history. Portland last visited Louisville on July 3, 2021, and earned 2-0 win. Bella Bixby made her NWSL regular season debut in the match, while Olivia Moultrie appeared in her first NWSL match becoming the youngest player in league history at just 15 years old.
