St. Louis Steamers News Release
New Steamers head coach, Omid Namazi, has taken the core group from last year's playoff team and added many quality players. Look for Jamar Bealsey (KC Comets), Genoni Martinez (Cleveland Force) and Marcos Cantel (Baltimore Blast) to give the Steamers more scoring punch all season long. Brett Phillips and Mali Walton will anchor the defense, while speedy midfielders Sterling Wescott and Jeff DiMaria are back for another season in St. Louis.
Join the Steamers at Savvis Center next Saturday, November 26th when they host the Philadelphia Kixx. Game time is 1:05 pm. The first 4,000 fans will receive a Humprey's Schedule Cup. Good tickets are still available and can be purchased at Savvis Center Box Office or at any Ticketmaster outlet.
