
The Search for the 2009 Honeybees Begins

SALT LAKE CITY (February 5, 2009) - The Salt Lake Bees are now accepting applications for the 2009 Honeybees. A group of 15 women, the Honeybees assist in gameday promotions and on-field entertainment during all 72 home games at Franklin Covey Field.
In order to become a Honeybee, applicants must have an understanding and interest in baseball, be at least 18 years of age and have strong communication skills with an outgoing and energetic personality. Honeybees are present at all Bees home games from April to September. The squad also makes additional appearances as team representatives throughout the Salt Lake Valley during the season.
Interested applicants can go to slbees.com to submit an application along with a 5x7 headshot. Resumes may also be faxed to (801) 485-6850. The 2009 squad will be named by March 1.
