Texas Thunder Softball Partners with Buffalo Wild Wings

LEAGUE CITY, Texas - The Texas Thunder and Buffalo Wild Wings - Webster Plaza have signed a deal for the remainder of the 2006 season, announced today by team general manager Aaron M. Moore.
Entitled "Thursday Night with the Thunder," the two organizations will team up for a special in-game promotion, as well as post game events for the following five Thursday games of the season.
Each Thursday night when Texas plays at home, Buffalo Wild Wings will give each fan six (6) free wings if the team scores three runs or more in the third inning. All fans will have to do is show their ticket stub at the Webster Plaza (528 Bay Area Blvd.) location within 48-hours of the games conclusion.
Even if the team fails to score three runs in the third inning fans are still invited to the restaurant following the game. At least five players will appear at Buffalo Wild Wings each week to sign autographs and distribute free tickets to guests of the restaurant. The entire team scheduled to appear on Thursday, July 27 at 7:30 p.m. prior to the team's series with Team USA.
Texas will look to avenge a 3-1 series loss earlier this month to the expansion Force when Philadelphia visits the Thunder next week. The series will begin on Wednesday night, June 28 at 7:05 p.m. All four games of the series will begin at 7:05 p.m. at Big League Dreams in League City (I-45 and Calder Road).
