
Ten-game road trip continues Friday night in Tulsa

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Indianapolis Ice plays game five of its ten-game road trip Friday night with an 8:35 p.m. face-off with the Tulsa Oilers from the Tulsa Convention Center. Indianapolis is 3-1-0 so far on the road trip and 5-1-0 in its last six contests.
Friday's matchup is another pivotal game for the playoff push as the Ice is currently sitting in the third seed in the Northern Conference, one point above Memphis and four points ahead of Wichita. The Ice has done well so far this season against the Oilers posting a 4-2-0 mark against the team.
Jason Baird leads the Ice in scoring against Tulsa this season with eight points (3G, 5A) while goaltender Jeff Sanger has posted a 2-1-0 record, 1.95 GAA, and a .944 save percentage.
After Friday's contest, the Ice has four nights off before playing game six of the road trip Tuesday night against the Fort Worth Brahmas at 8:30 p.m. Indy's next home game is Friday, March 12th against the Colorado Eagles at 7:00 p.m. from the Pepsi Coliseum.
