Team Gushue to be recognized by Fog Devils this Saturday

The St. John's Fog Devils announced today that the Olympic Gold Medalist Brad Gushue Curling Rink will be recognized at the St. John's Fog Devils game this Saturday against the Victoriaville Tigres. All six (6) members of the team will be in attendance that includes Skip, Brad Gushue, Mark Nicols, Jamie Korab, Mike Adam, Russ Howard and coach, Toby MacDonald.
The Gushue Rink will drop the Ceremonial Puck and will also be signing autographs on the concourse from 6:00-6:45pm.
The Gushue Rink represented Team Canada at the 2006 Torino Olympics and won Canada's first ever Curling Gold medal with a 10-4 win over team Finland last Friday.
Tickets for this game are available at the Mile One Stadium Box Office and can be paid for by cash, VISA or Mastercard at the Box Office or by phone (576-7657). Tickets can also be purchased online at admission.com.
The St. John's Fog Devils are the newest member of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and are one of 58 member clubs of the Canadian Hockey League.
