
Tatu named MISL Offensive Player of the Week

DALLAS, Texas â Dallas Sidekicks forward/head coach, Tatu, was named the Major Indoor Soccer League Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending September 29.
Tatu led the MISL with seven points over the weekend, scoring three 2-point goals and adding an assist in the Sidekicks 14-13 win over the Philadelphia Kixx. Tatu also score the game-winner with 0.8 seconds left in regulation. The assist was the 700th of his career, making him the second player to reach the plateau (Zoran Karic - 821). The game-winner was the 76th of his career, which is third all-time. He needs one more to tie Steve Zungul for second at 77. Cleveland's Hector Marinaro has the record with 97 game-winners.
The Sidekicks (1-0) play at San Diego (0-1) Saturday October 5 at 9:05 p.m. CT. The game is live on Fox Sports 1190 AM.
