
Swope Park Rangers to Host Playoff Opener on Friday

The Swope Park Rangers have clinched a home playoff game following a 2-0 victory over Seattle Sounders FC 2 in the team's regular-season finale tonight.
The Rangers will begin their quest toward the 2016 USL Cup at 7:30 p.m. CT on Friday, Sept. 30 at Children's Mercy Victory Field in Swope Soccer Village in the Western Conference Quarterfinals. The club's opponent in the opening round of the postseason will be determined later tonight and could either be LA Galaxy II or Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2.
Tickets for the Swope Park Rangers home playoff match on Sept. 30 start as low as $12 and will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. CT on Monday at 7a16a433ba9efe1653db8d80c Ticketmaster.com. Swope Park Rangers Season Ticket Members can also secure their seats on Monday via Account Manager with season ticket pricing in effect for the USL Cup Playoffs.
The USL Cup Playoffs feature the top eight teams in the Western Conference and Eastern Conference competing over four weeks of postseason action to crown the league's champion. The fixed-seed format will see the higher seed host a single-game elimination match in each round and concludes with the 2016 USL Cup at 7 p.m. CT on Sunday, Oct. 23 on ESPNU.
