
Suspension imposed to Olivier Latendresse of the Val d\'Or Foreurs

BOUCHERVILLE, Thursday March 3, 2005 (QMJHL) â The Prefect of Discipline of the Québec Major Junior Hockey League, Mr Maurice Filion, imposed today a suspension of two games to Olivier Latendresse of the Val d'Or Foreurs.
This sanction follows the slashing by Latendresse to a PEI Rocket player with his two hands, incident that occurred in the February 26 game. Before rendering his decision, Mr Filion reviewed the videotape of the game.
This suspension comes into full force today, Thursday March 3, 2005.
Accordingly to the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, Mr Filion will not be available for further comments.
